Please don’t forget that student information can be updated online through the Parent Portal. After logging into the portal, look on the left hand side of the screen and click on “Logical Demographics.” This will open up a screen to show you all the information we have related to your child(ren). There are different tabs at the top of the screen to take you through different areas of information. Once you have gone through all the tabs and made all of your updates, click on “submit changes”. We encourage all families to take some time to go over the information to make sure it is current.
Please be aware that on the custody tab if you indicate that there are custody documents and/or restricted contact related to a child, we need to have a copy of the legal paperwork at school in the student file in order to comply.
